For those who are presently operating a B&B or if you are interested in opening a B&B, and wish to be part of an organization that encourages a spirit of cooperation and networking for the good of all, your membership in the Association is welcomed.
When you join the Association, a representative can help guide you through the steps, such as:
Arranging inspections
Meeting operation requirements
Obtaining B&B house insurance
Proof that you or a designate live in the B&B
Placing you on the Association website

Individual member account on the website to display related info and photos related to your B&B
Advertising for our members with internet webpages, phone lists, and memberships/partnerships in other tourist organizations such as Travel Alberta and Tourism Calgary.

Networking and a resource to ask questions
Assistance to help guide you through the process of becoming a licensed B&B
Referrals for your B&B when available
As a B&B, you are unique amongst short term rental
An annual AGM where BBAC members can get to know each other

We have developed guidelines and by-laws that encourage each B&B operator to work towards a high standard of quality service for the public.
